We bring together a team of deadly creatives that are passionate about connecting, exploring and bringing to life creative projects that embrace First Nations culture, storytelling and community development. We have had the opportunity to collaborate and work with over 100 individual businesses and clients since embracing the journey in our sister business Leticia Anne Designs.

Leticia Anne is a proud Wiradjuri Torres Strait Islander yinaa ‘woman’ based on the Central Coast on Darkinjung Country. Leticia is known for her entrepreneurial spirit and her dedication to role modelling and providing opportunities to others. She holds a career background as a youth caseworker, mentor and consultant for over 7 years whilst also coordinating a dance studio for 5 years in Dubbo. She commenced a Diploma in Graphic Design at Billy Blue College of Design in 2019, where she discovered her undeniable passion for branding and cultural design. Recognising the growth of her business Leticia Anne Designs & Co. (established March 2020) and of her team she decided to evolve her business portfolio under her company Burralgang Enterprise Pty Ltd to also include Yirra Miya in February 2023.
Leticia specialises in developing brands and program identities for small businesses and First Nations businesses. She is also multi-talented in cultural art and storytelling, layout and document design and workshop facilitation for brand development, design and social media.

Lauren is a Wodi Wodi Walbunja person based in Nowra on Yuin Nation. Lauren comes from a professional background in health promotions, youth work and facilitating art workshops. They have been an acrylic artist painting commissioned canvas and murals for over 5 years. Lauren’s artworks encourage people to connect and dig deeper into their learnings of First Nations culture. Lauren embraced her creative journey, joining our team in October 2021 as a contractor at Leticia Anne Designs. She transitioned to join our internal design team part-time in February 2022 as a Junior Designer & Administration Support. Lauren joint Leticia in our management team in June 2024 as our First Nations Cultural Creative Lead.
Lauren is one of our first points of contact when it comes to new enquiries and leads our cultural illustration services. She also supports Leticia in brand development, facilitating Brand Discovery Workshops and our Youth Program. Lauren shines in her ability to connect, learn and share with mob around her.

Justine has recently become a part of our team in June 2024, bringing along five years agency experience after completing her Bachelors of Creative Arts at the University of Wollongong. Justine lives on the outskirts of Newcastle on Awabakal Country. Justine loves getting to break down large chunks of information into a more visually digestible layout to make it easier for users to interpret. Justine’s creative spirit stems from her love for Cosplay, which can include a range of creative outlets like painting, sewing and foamsmithing.
Justine works collaboratively with our Cultural Designers to develop impactful layout designs embracing cultural storytelling and design. Justine also develops WordPress Website using a client friendly front-facing builder and intertwines SEO considerations throughout website designs to support Google Search results for our client websites. You may also see some of her own custom illustrations come to life throughout our projects.
Our in-house creative team are proud to work alongside our team of skilled contractors to help provide a range of services to expand on our branding and design service offerings to provide a start to end approach.

Barbi has been a part of our team since July 2021 working collaboratively with us to integrate and priortise cultural storytelling at the core of interactive, customer focused and unique website design solutions on Wordpress. Barbi currently lives in Christchurch, New Zealand, however is originally from the USA and relocated after marrying an Australian.

Noni is a Proud Arrernte woman who grew up on Awabakal Country of Buttaba Lake Macquarie & a mum of 4 beautiful children. Noni has been apart of our team since July 2021. She loves capturing memories and moments in time for families and community to pass onto the next generation.

She has recently moved with her husband and two young children to South Australia, but is originally from Aotearoa. She has been apart of our team since November 2022 to support with Email marketing and social media content whilst Leticia was on maternity leave. She is now the voice behind out monthly emails with Leticia ongoing.
Supported with content creation for Leticia Anne Designs from December 2022 to April 2022 and now puts together our Yarn & Share and Blak Business Yarns in collaboration with Leticia.
