Our layout designs help create bridges between tradition and contemporary, culture and professionalism.
Effective layout design is more than just arranging elements on a page—it’s about creating a visual flow that enhances communication. We bring the core of First Nations storytelling in flow with layout design fundamentals. We understand the core principles that make a layout engaging and functional whilst reflecting the brand identity and requirements of the businesses and organisations we work with.
We have had the opportunity to expand our portfolio of working with Indigenous small businesses and also lean into the corporate and NSW government sectors with the fantastic opportunities our team has had.
Â
Therefore, we can cater to a range of audiences and design styles, from bright and bold to clean and minimalistic. Whether it be for:
Multi-page documents such as Annual reports, custom report templates on Microsoft Word.
Marketing Collateral such as Brochures and flyers, business cards, and slide decks.
Government Documents adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility considerations, such as flyers, brochures, report and frameworks.
Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) layout, in which we intertwine storytelling through cultural artworks or elements. We offer packages that include cultural artworks by our team as a wrap-around start-to-end approach with print services available. If you already have an RAP artwork developed by another Aboriginal artist, we can happily work in collaboration/consultation with them. We aim to develop a respectful and reflective RAP design that reflects the business’s vision and journey together with businesses and organisations that also align with Yirra Miya’s values.Â
Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) have enabled organisations to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance reconciliation within their organisations and communities alongside Reconciliation Australia.
We offer Reconciliation Action Plan Artwork & Document Layout Packages
This package is for businesses that are in the process of having their Reconciliation Action Plan visually developed.
We would like to acknowledge the Nations of which we come from, live upon and create within. We’d like to acknowledge and pay our respects to our Elders past, present and future emerging. We’d also like to extend our gratitude for the gifts from Mother Earth, our Ancestors, our Creators and our communities. We thank them for the knowledge and guidance we embrace as proud First Nations people embarking on our creative journeys and having the space to share through cultural storytelling and design. We therefore, would like to say GAWAYMBANHA ‘Welcome’ as you join us in YIRRA MIYA ‘growing together’.
