Reflections Holiday Parks engaged Leticia Anne Designs to create an original artwork to illustrate our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan. Leticia and Lauren provided an outstanding customer experience throughout, taking the time to engage with our journey and team. They created a stunning, meaningful artwork and a description of cultural elements that will help our staff increase their cultural awareness.
Working with Leticia was an absolute dream. Not only is she extremely talented at what she does, her passion and love for both design and people is so evident in her work and how she conducts herself. Leticia is not your everyday graphic designer. Her aim is to connect with her clients on a deeper level so she can understand and appreciate exactly what it is they are after. I really felt that Leticia had my interests at the top of her list. She spent time explaining things, never rushed. She wanted me to understand things, so that not only did I walk away with any amazing end product, I also understood how it all came together. Following on from a change in our coffee suppliers we were given the opportunity to have personalised takeaway coffee cups. We wanted designs that we could have confidence in and represents both our brand and celebrates the culture in our community and family. After searching online we came across Leticia. Immediately we were impressed with the professionalism shown throughout her socials and contact via both email and telephone. Leticia’s work is top quality and she made the process a breeze. We worked through our ideas together and she was able to come up with cup designs and then social media tiles that we are extremely happy with. This is the 2nd time we have engaged Yirra Miya to create some illustrations for our charity, CREATE Foundation, and the final product is beyond amazing.
