Yirra Miya was launched by our proud Founder & Creative Director Leticia Quince in February 2023 after transitioning the our creative services offerings from her established design business Leticia Anne Designs & Co.
The larger people symbols represent our team collaborating with & supporting First Nations businesses and the smaller people symbols represent our young people we are leading the way for.
The outer layer of the community circle movement and flow represents the growth of First Nations’ businesses.
The three inner layers of the meeting circle represents the layers of knowledge and storytelling our First Nations creatives and the clients we get to work with hold.
The name came about from our journey in Leticia Anne Designs & Co. and our passion to support First Nations businesses, organisations and young entrepreneurs to grow together. Yirra Miya celebrates First Nations businesses, art, culture and knowledge as invaluable in shaping our communities and growing within strength and self-determination as individuals and as people holistically.
Leticia Anne Designs was founded as a cultural creative outlet for Leticia’s art, storytelling and voice whilst she was working full-time as a Youth Development Coach in Dubbo community.

We would like to acknowledge the Nations of which we come from, live upon and create within. We’d like to acknowledge and pay our respects to our Elders past, present and future emerging. We’d also like to extend our gratitude for the gifts from Mother Earth, our Ancestors, our Creators and our communities. We thank them for the knowledge and guidance we embrace as proud First Nations people embarking on our creative journeys and having the space to share through cultural storytelling and design. We therefore, would like to say GAWAYMBANHA ‘Welcome’ as you join us in YIRRA MIYA ‘growing together’.
